My day-to-day tasks have definitely evolved since I started. Early on, I was mostly helping out with smaller tasks that other consultants passed on to me. It was a great way to get familiar with the work. Now, I'm more involved in the full process working alongside consultants from start to finish on different jobs. It's been really rewarding to see my portfolio grow and to take on more responsibility as I gain experience
Varied planning work
It is hit or miss. A lot of the time I don't have a lot to do and end up sitting around reading examples or information I have read before. My manager knows this and is apologetic that we do not have any work at my level for me.
