It was a long process but everything was/ is well structured. The main interview was a whole day which included a written assessment, group presentation and a formal interview. It is a lot but now working in the Hamilton office and coming from Auckland it was a great chance to go down there and check out the office and the area. This role is quite hard to describe when you aren't actively working within it and have your own jobs so we did have one of the Senior Property Consultants come in and give us a quick run down of the company and some of the jobs TPG has worked on which was really helpful.
