The group interview set up was challenging. I preferred the interview panel session. I found the video interview also difficult with nobody asking questions but beneficial. The interview process had lots of steps that were overall constructive.
Very responsive, well organised, just had a lot of rounds which made it feel taxing at times.
The interview process is thorough and gives you a good understanding of both the role and the company. The assessment day involves a full day with other graduates and includes a written assessment, a face-to-face interview, and a group presentation. It provides a great opportunity to meet other candidates, interact with employees, and get a feel for the company culture. Overall, it is a well-organised and enjoyable experience, with plenty of opportunities to learn about the business and the people who work there.
The interview process was thorough and involved multiple stages designed to identify the strongest candidates. While it was challenging at times, each stage was well structured and provided a good opportunity to showcase skills and experience. Reaching the final stage included a trip to Wellington for the main interview, which was an enjoyable and valuable experience.
The interview process was different to other jobs and felt easier to make a good impression and show yourself off.
