Training is encouraged in the business. There is a learning and development calendar that allows for ample training opportunities. Graduates get a mentor, buddy and people leader. There is plenty of guidance for development. I have attended workshops to improve skills necessary for my role.
TPG provides a comprehensive training programme for new starters, with a range of structured training sessions designed to build both technical knowledge and professional skills. The programme offers support during the onboarding process, helping graduates and other new team members develop confidence in their roles. After six months, new grads are typically paired with a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and coaching to support their development.
Training can be limited due to people being unavailable. There is a lot to learn at the beginning but not many formal training programmes in terms of day-to-day work.
