The Property Group (TPG) is a locally owned property and planning consultancy, bringing Kiwis together to build Aotearoa for over two decades.
I am expected to work 40 hours per week. My people leader allows for flexibility in my hours from approximately 8-5 weekdays. If anything comes up during the week, I'm able to work around this within reason. I consider myself to be lucky with flexibility and my employers are reasonable. I have never had the discussion regarding remote work but this doesn't bother me.
Fairly flexible, no regular work from home but can take it when needed.
My role is primarily office-based, with standard working hours spent in the office. Flexible working arrangements are limited, although there is some flexibility to work from home when unwell or under certain circumstances.
You can start and finish when you would like (within reason). You cannot work from home in this office, though others you can.
