It does depend on the situation that you have with your people leader. TPG as a company is fairly flexible. Some people do work from home more. I tend to work in the office as a grad it's a lot easier to quickly bounce ideas off of people around the office and check in with others.
Very flexible with working hours and location
I work 40 hours per week. As long as I do 8 hours per day, I can come in and leave whenever I see fit.
