It's a little early in my internship to give a proper insight here, but i have had conversations about my future beyond the internship with the talent acquisition team previously, and i imagine this will be something that happens again sometime in the future.
Not sure at this stage
Since this is a fixed contract it is unsure how the future progression for my role will look like. However, i do feel supported and encouraged by my hiring manager and mentor that there is a good chance for future progression in this role so long as i am genuinely enthusiastic and interested in what i do. In order to move up the ranks you will need to show passion and interest, talent and a good amount of knowledge and competence for your tasks. I am also encouraged to explore other aspects of twg that relate to my degree such as my marketing major.
A lot of opportunities to learn and grow
For future roles, it will be great with the job experience but i believe there wont be much development in my role as after the internship is done there isn't room for us to be employees. This is a shame but i may be able to potentially land another role in this great business.
