Seems to be a fairly cohesive and cooperative culture in general. I've worked in a number of "gossipy" workplaces, and i have experienced none of that here. Everyone gets along, works together, and has personally chats that show people are comfortable around each other. Very pleasing environment to be in.
From the 2 weeks experience i've had so far the team life has been amazing just comes down to how amazing my teams attitude is. Even though i am new we've already been on several coffee runs together.
There is a lot of teamwork and cooperation within the workplace. Most people are friendly and inviting, others a little harder to approach and talk to but for the most part, people are quite friendly. It is not pressuring ata ll in the workplace people do not 'watch' or monitor you which is nice. There is flexibility for your hours so many people either arrive early or leave early. The hierarchy is intentional and well placed, and it is not too difficult to socialise with people.
Very helpful colleagues always looking out for one another.
There is great culture in the workplace, everyone is very kind and there is no real feeling of a hierarchy unless its needed. Socializing was so easy and open because everyone made me feel included.
