The culture is probably one of the biggest positives for me. I genuinely could not have asked for a better team or better people to work with. There is a strong sense of transparency and accessibility, regardless of hierarchy. Leaders are approachable, open and attentive, and they genuinely seem to understand what their teams are experiencing. What I particularly appreciate is that the care extends beyond just work. Leaders take an interest in your personal life, check in on how things are going and make an effort to stay updated on what is happening with you. That level of genuine care makes a big difference to how supported and valued you feel at work.
Compared to previous workplaces, the workplace culture at TWG is great. Most colleagues are very friendly and helpful, people smile and greet you as they pass you by in the corridor. In general, there is a very collaborative and communicative nature in the office. The hierarchy is quite flat, and managers and employees are not disenfranchised or separated by their position in the hierarchy. Socialising among colleagues is a bit limited - apart from a Christmas party, there are hardly any TWG organised socialisation events unless colleagues organise it between yourselves.
Everyone is super nice and friendly to talk too
People are very helpful, hierarchy is structured but not rigid so you know who to report to but you can ask anyone for help.
Seems to be a fairly cohesive and cooperative culture in general. I've worked in a number of "gossipy" workplaces, and i have experienced none of that here. Everyone gets along, works together, and has personally chats that show people are comfortable around each other. Very pleasing environment to be in.
