Is it a good thing that i haven't noticed anything to say that twg isn't doing this? i.e. They say they practice these things, and i don't see anything to suggest otherwise.
I believe there is a lot of diversity in the workplace. I have seen people of all demographics here. People who stated of as interns, people who didn't even go to university people who did, different ethnic groups etc. There is definitely a lot of diversity and inclusion from twg.
Very diverse and respectful of different cultures/backgrounds and religions.
They love diversity, and as i was part of the recruitment team i genuinely see the passion in hiring diverse employees with no biases. There were employees who came back from maternity leave and they were welcomed so nicely, so they are great in this section as a whole.
