As a person of colour, I do believe that TWG is generally gender and colour blind in their recruitment. Their primary focus appears to be on finding an appropriate person based on ability to perform in the role regardless of personal attributes. There are many people of colour and women in leadership positions, which is definitely positive to see.
Some of my fellow employees may fall under this but I was not included in the process regarding any decision making regarding HR.
Is it a good thing that i haven't noticed anything to say that twg isn't doing this? i.e. They say they practice these things, and i don't see anything to suggest otherwise.
