Happy with the pay as an intern because i am not in a specialized role. As interns we don't have access to the wider twg benefits including the staff discount card. I understand that this is because those benefits are especially important differentiating inclusions for permanent employees. I just personally think it'd have been nice to be able to shop at a twg store with the benefits of being an employee. Otherwise, i fully understand not having access to the other benefits.
I believe that the amount of pay which i am currently receiving for an internship opportunity is great! it is above minimum wage which is appealing especially offering that pay for a fixed term period of time.
There are a couple facilities in the office such as a wellness centre that includes a gym, and private rooms. There is an in-house cafe. Fuel is covered if you are travelling somewhere for your job. You get free products almost everyday from suppliers/pr etc.
Very reasonable
Pay was fantastic, as they did not even need to pay us.
