The managers are also very accessible and make an effort to keep communication open. We have regular one-on-one catch-ups as a team, as well as open team stand-ups where everyone can stay across what is happening and what others are working on. This creates a lot of transparency and also makes it easy to jump in and offer support when you have capacity. Managers are straightforward and open about expectations and performance, and I really appreciate that feedback is given early and constructively. Rather than being left to figure things out until something becomes a bigger issue, they help identify the smaller things that may be slipping through the cracks and point you in the right direction early. This makes it much easier to improve continuously and feel supported in your development.
My managers so far have been extremely positively reinforcing, easy to approach and communicative. They have also always been open to feedback, catchups and to act as mentors, which has been really positive as someone who is fresh to the corporate world. I have definitely had an overwhelmingly positive experience so far with management.

He's not always around because he's super busy but when i need to, i can easily message or talk to my mentor when he's available, as well as other people in my department.
