He's not always around because he's super busy but when i need to, i can easily message or talk to my mentor when he's available, as well as other people in my department.
I am absolutely satisfied with the mangers and mentors here in twg. They are all friendly, hospitable, and kind and helpful. You rarely feel judged when approaching any of them. And they make you feel comfortable and heard.
