Overall, it is a great place to be. The offices are clean and, now that we no longer hot-desk, there is a much more personalised feel to the workspace. The facilities are also fantastic, with great kitchens, an in-house cafe, gym, vending machines, EV charging and parking facilities, as well as dedicated prayer and wellness rooms. The Culture team does a great job of creating a positive environment too, with regular events and office engagement activities that make the workplace feel genuinely connected and enjoyable.
The facilities at TWG are modern and clean, with most departments having a nice view of the Harbour Bridge and the Auckland skyline. It is open plan, with workstations having two desktop monitors each. Being on the North Shore, it is quite far away from Auckland suburbs however - and as someone who takes public transport, the commute is quite long. Dress code is smart casual, it is rare to see people dressed formally - so dress code is quite laid back.

Business Casual although many people just wear jumpers. Nice building with a good view and people are nice. IT can be a pain setting up, lots of amenities at the office.
Love the building. Love the ease of access. Love the cafe at the bottom that even allows the use of proper coffee mugs rather than cardboard throwaway ones. regarding dress code - it's much more relaxed than i expected. For an office environment i expected a bit more formality, but i have noticed some people in short pants or t-shirts which is odd and looks out of place. However, in saying all that, i do like that there is a bit of flexibility and individuality.
