Love the building. Love the ease of access. Love the cafe at the bottom that even allows the use of proper coffee mugs rather than cardboard throwaway ones. regarding dress code - it's much more relaxed than i expected. For an office environment i expected a bit more formality, but i have noticed some people in short pants or t-shirts which is odd and looks out of place. However, in saying all that, i do like that there is a bit of flexibility and individuality.
The office space is amazing, a vast amount of space everything is modern and updated technology options are available. The dress code is smart casual which is great as you have the option to be a bit more comfortable as well.
Every office space is quite spacious, you are provided with a laptop keyboard and mouse. Monitors are provided on your desk. Facilities such as a gym, wellness areas, an in house cafe, kitchens, utensil and kitchen appliances, seating areas, focus rooms, are all provided. The office is always clean and well kept. The technology and infrastructure is modern. The dress code is officially smart casual however it is common to find employees who wear more casual types of clothing as dress code is not crazily implemented allowing freedom in how you dress.
Very modern yet simple.
The dress code was business casual which was followed by most very well. We were allowed to work from home certain days which i believe was fantastic and made my work-life balance so much better. The facility is very clean, but i did have to move desks often and it was difficult at times when my mentors sat further away based on the hot desking. This made me meet new people but also harder to reach out for help.
