Super easy having had to go through aut initially to be shortlisted for roles. And then my interviews (i had two) at twg went smoothly. I prepared for a full-on interview but was met with a happy discussion/conversation in both (probably because the interview was for an internship, and not a permanent role).
It was a great interview process. I appreciated how all the communication up till the interview day was clear even with instructions on where to park.
The interview process was a bit lengthy at first because i had to go through 2 different interviews one with aut and then the second with twg. However, the actual interviews itself especially with twg was fairly simple, not pressuring, and welcoming. The hiring managers were nice and accommodating and quite quick to make decisions.
