Most of my relevant learning has been through conversation and experience. This being in meetings or one-on-one conversations with people in my department.
I have already picked up on many skills while working at twg in particular the programs that we use as i have not had exposure to this before. In terms of the training for these programs however, i do believe that better training could be put in place as there not really any 'courses' or formal training that you get on these systems and is largely dependent on how well your colleagues are able to train you. The mentoring aspect is great. My mentor makes me feel involved, gives me independence and responsibility.
Excellent, i really believe i have made myself better for future roles, and acquired lots of areas to self reflect on such as the cv workshop which was very insightful. Along with this, the drop in sessions with different members of the business gave me perspective into what i want my role to be more in.
