My situation has been very relaxed. I'm not someone who personally tries to work less than required, i do the 40hrs if that's what is expected. I can easily work longer one day and shorter on other days. At this stage i have only worked from home for a full-day once because i still do not know enough to warrant working at home more, however as i learn more and take on more i intend to work from home 1-2 days a week. My mentor has already approved that should i make that decision on my own.
I work 40 hours per week at the moment. The working arrangement is superb as you have the option to work two days from home which is amazing. In simple terms it motivates you as you have more flexibility for 2 days per week with where you would like to work remote or in the office.
My manager is quite flexible with me for hours and working arrangements. Remote work is also offered on certain days.
A lot of flexibility to work from home.
The hours are great, they make it work around your schedule, but you are still set a certain number of hours to meet.
