The local office is not too big but is well resourced. It's central and easy to access. Dress code is great - we can wear just about anything as long as it is tidy.
Easy to walk to and comfortable to work over there with coffee machine and Friday snacks.
Dress code, there does not seem to be a major one - just clean and tidy. I've only been in the offices once, but they seemed okay.
Theta has various offices in New Zealand including Tauranga, Auckland CBD, Wellington and Christchurch. Theta also actively considers where their employees would prefer their offices to be, and there has been inquiries as to where employees would prefer the second Auckland office to be.
