Right after completing the Grad Programme I moved into a permanent role at the dealership. I now have more responsibility, am compensated differently and I feel I am progressing forward in the company as a result.

Promotion I believe is good. Haven't got to that stage yet. Not too much room for career progression. In terms of marketing there is only one more step.
It is difficult here, as I am the only marketing employee within our business. We are looking to hire someone else, which would allow me to become more of a mentor to this new employee. There may be future progression. but there are no higher roles within marketing in our Organisation I could currently 'progress' to. I can only progress within my current role.
