I have to give full credit to my manager who from day one has answered every question, made me feel supported and takes the time to explain WHY we do certain things, as she knows that's how I learn best. Each time I get positive customer feedback she is sure to email me and our CEO to acknowledge it. I see Michele as my mentor at the dealership.
I do not report to managers within the dealership, except re budget and campaign approval.
All managers are very good. Easy to contact and always available to help.
My relationship with the managers is great. They make time to listen to my ideas, take these on and we often work collaboratively. They are very open to change in the Marketing space. I have has one personal performance review which was great and allowed me to work on areas I can improve on within my role. It is important to note, I have more to do with managers as I am the only one in marketing so deal with them directly. I know individuals in other roles have very little to do with management, which is based on their role within the company.
