Taking customers through paperwork at delivery, implementing finance contracts, insurance and extra care. As I get more confident in my role my satisfaction with my work will increase.
I feel I have been tasked with numerous admin-based work, which is not my role. This impairs my ability to complete marketing and comms in a timely manner,
My role evolved as I went through the Grad Programme. I now have more responsibility. I run all our social media accounts and Google accounts. Work varies day-to-day. -Creating social content -Contacting customers to utilise as testimonials -Working on bigger projects, eg. Your Toyota is worth waiting for. -Answering Google Reviews -Meetings -Dealing with Data -Creating and sending EDMs
As Marketing Coordinator, I look after all our in house marketing activities, and liase with external agencies we work with for website and advertising content. My roles include, but are not limited to: - Social media posts, schedules and advertising - Digital display and search marketing - Google analytics reporting - Print campaigns, design - EDM content - Internal projects & communication (staff newsletter etc) - Event and sponsorship coordination
