We lack office space, which is difficult when having financial conversations with customers. We are often switching offices and spaces to accommodate for this. Great location in central Tauranga - we get a lot of foot traffic. Dress code is smart, professional, yet comfortable.
Clean and tidy, but could be modernised Dress code is smart, sales and service wear uniforms
Pretty good. There are a few things that are missing in some of the stores. I am lucky where I have been placed as the building is new.
There are many smaller offices in our company (5 branches, different departments etc) so this does range based on where you are. But overall, the facilities are sufficient. I am based in the Wellington city office in the customer support office (call centre). It is a great space and recently renovated. It is quite loud as people are on calls all day, but I am able to work sufficiently in this environment, and use headphones if really necessary. In regard to the dress code, it is definitely corporate - no jumpers, sneakers, coloured hair, jeans etc. But I have built a corporate over time so this is simple to adhere to once you have attained enough corporate clothing.
