The physical work environment is phenomenal. The office environment is open and collaborative, making it easy to learn and engage with colleagues. The dress code is professional and appropriate, while remaining comfortable and practical.
The office is a great place to work. The facilities are modern and well looked after, with plenty of parking and standing desks available. The dress code is fairly relaxed by corporate standards, sitting somewhere between business casual and smart business.
We have a nice walking track at work. A lot of people go on a little walk when they're on their break. It's a nice way to be away from your desk and get some fresh air. Ther are a few social clubs within the company.
There is free onsite parking which is a great perk of working at Toyota NZ. The office space is well equipped, including standing desks. Toyota NZ also has an onsite cafe and recreational zone you can use during your breaks (pool table, library, games/lego, driving simulator). There is also an outside walking track which is great for getting some steps in. The dress code is business casual.
