Very thorough and long.
I started with my CV and application, and then progressed to a ohone interview. From there I had a Zoom interview with TNZ's recruiter, TNZ HR and CEO's. Aer progressing from here it was a trip down to Palmy for an in person assessment day where I met other candidates and got o learn what working for Toyota looks like.
I went through numerous steps and assessments when being employed. It was a thorough process
Very thorough. More stages than a lot of other companies that I progressed with. Was satisfying going down to Palmy and meeting the team down there. Assessments were challenging in a good way.
I was hired through the Toyota New Zealand graduate programme and placed in Rutherford & Bond/ King Toyota in Wellington (who have taken me on permanently since). The interview process for the graduate programme does not reflect Rutherford & Bond's usual process which would usually be one or two interviews before being hired. For the grad programme, I had: 1. a phone interview 2. a physchmetric test and logic test 3. a panel interview (TNZ and Wellington Toyota staff), 4. a personality test and phone interview about the results 5. Assessment centre at head office with other candidates (presentation about why you are fit for role and series of group activities where they assess your interactive behaviour)
