As a graduate, they want us to stay in the program for around 18 months before we can apply for an permanent position. So can be a bit difficult to move out of the graduate program as they will deny anyone that applies for roles earlier than that and gives us a limited amount of time to get a permanent position while on Grad program. So being in the grad program can restrict you from getting a permanent role internally if you haven't been in the program for around 18 months.
The graduate programme helps me to go around in different teams and know their roles. They appreciate and encourage the work that you do.
The grad programme provides tons of experience and development opportunities! They are keen to have grads move up the ranks. A role after the grad programme is basically guaranteed. They are also very clear on what it takes to be promoted and when that can happen.
