The current grad cohort has a pretty could gender distribution for the industry and they work hard on maintaining and improving that. The CEO is very open about the fact that he considers recruiting people from diverse backgrounds both ethically important and needed for the continued improvement of the industry. Diverse teams come up with better solutions. They also work hard to bring the next generation of engineers from all backgrounds, because there won't be enough of them otherwise. They are engaged in lots of external things like the Wonder Project (STEM for kids), the Pride Parade, cultural celebrations, etc. I could go on and on about clubs, the workplace culture and resources as well.
