As a graduate, the work isn't too intense so we are able to work thought the task at our own pace which is good
I am pretty happy with the variety of work I am given. As with any grad role there is mediocre work sometimes too, but I've been able to learn lots of interesting things through it. They are not shy about giving grads the freedom to find problems and work on new solutions for them, which is awesome. And they give you a decent amount of responsibility early on too, so you're definitely having an impact.
