one interview with manager/engineer/HR representative then completed a cognitive online quiz. Interview was a mix of behavioural and theory questions. Overall the process was smooth and easy. There was quick response times.
The best interview I ever had.
The initial application was very standard. Then they sent out psychometric testing which took around an hour, along with an interview. Mine was online, but others had theirs in person. The interview is generally with HR and an engineer in the team you are applying for. The interview was good, not too casual but not too tense either. They turned me down in August but offered me another role in early January. I accepted after another interview. Overall, the experience was good, and HR was very accommodating.
