Pretty flexible with work hours in terms of start and end times which is good as long as you are doing roughly the expected 40 hours a week. Graduates are not allowed to work from home unless for an justified reason. So, the flexible working guidelines (3 days per week in office rest of days can wfh) does not apply to us unfortunately. We are expected to come into office 5 days a week which can hinder the work life balance.
Transpower is very flexible with working hours. Some people start at 7am and start end at 3pm, others start at 11am and finish at 7pm. People also stop work during the day if they have appointments and make up the hours later on. Grads are not allowed to work from home, but personally I find this a good thing - you learn so much more in the office, and it helps you get to know your team members better.
