There are definitely promotions possibilities and it's laid out quite well as to what the next position brings with it in terms of responsibilities. Understanding the steps you need to take to get there is a bit more ambiguous and requires some effort on your part- having to reach out to people in some of those positions and understanding the steps they took to get there.

My role has newly been developed, for me. My manager has ideas of how I can progress in my role. I am in a program coordination role with the possibility of moving into a program lead / management role.

As a fixed term employee I have been repeatedly asked to remain on after the completion of my contract. I feel as if my team is invested in my growth within my role and into others, as well as being open to my growth within the company as a whole. Managers genuinely care about our wellbeing and continuous engagement, and are concerned about work becoming stagnant. We have an internal careers site where you can view recommended roles if you feel you need a career change.
