I feel like there is a lot of diversity in Trimble, but as far as promoting it goes and inclusivity- I have not seen too much.
In the office alone I observe lots of diversity! It's awesome! We have cultural events, pride events, social events etc...
A lot of conscious effort has gone into making people feel welcome, and it seems most people are comfortable and feel a sense of community.
