Not sure as none of it affects me - they do seem very forgiving around sick leave - they are very supportive

Trimble has employee-led networks for LGBTQIA+ employees, women, and various ethnic minorities. These networks run various events, provide support to their members, and advise the company on relevant matters (e.g. accessible hiring practices, offering halal food at events, etc.) Trimble has various internal policies for equitable hiring and management practices, all of which are written with the help of the relevant group (e.g. guides to coming out as transgender at the workplace, one for transgender employees and another for managers of said employees).
Though our team is mostly male, we are aware of this and try to take it into account when making new hires.
