Fine
I went through three rounds of interviews. The first one was with hr and mostly consisted of behavioral questions. The second round involved one hr representative and two junior employees, with a focus on behavioral questions, but there were also some technical questions. The third round was with senior managers and included a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
There's an initial interview with an HR person, to get a general sense of your personality and capabilities. Then there's a second interview with people in the area you'll be working in, which is split into a typical soft-skills conversational portion and a technical portion where they'll ask you about some technical problems and then you solve them on a whiteboard.
I didn't have an interview process, as I came on as an intern through a scholarship from university.
