I am on the lowest pay - lower than I should be paid for a grad developer with life skills of running two businesses - but I am happy being a grad dev so am not complaining for now

The pay is exactly at what I would expect for my role. However, the reduced hours means that this ends up being a slightly-better-than-standard hourly rate. Additionally, the company has a pretty good stock option plan, where you can buy stocks at a discount.

I may be a bit of a warped opinion on this, as I find I'm more interested in the type of work I can do over pay.

Fairly satified with my pay, though im still earning under what a typical UX designer would earn in NZ. Currently no bonus.
