I'm on a fixed term contract due to the nature of my funding. On a fixed term contract I am not eligible for the typical full time benefits that will eventually become available to me in 2027. Until then, I am appreciated of perks like the social club which cost $10 a month to maintain membership and this hugely subsidies lots of different events. I'm off to Drag Queen bingo tomorrow night with the rest of my graduate cohort.
