The informal training has been awesome - I have learnt so much off my team. The formal online stuff is a pain but I suppose its necessary... And I have learned off that too - the last one took me over two hours to complete though so I wondered about the downturn in productivity that week.
I was assigned with a mentor in my first rotation, each day I have 1 hour with her and I had a one on one training. But I can always ask her questions when I stuck.
Trimble offers some good training programs for a variety of skills. Because of the helpful atmosphere, it's also fairly easy to upskill on technical aspects while on the job. For non-technical aspects, trimble offers formal training courses as well as more informal options.
Training is good, with colleagues being very willing to teach. I have picked up my UX design skills, which were mostly learned on the job.
