Very flexible and happy to work with you to find what works best. Emphasis is put on work getting done rather than what time of day it gets done in. Remote work depends on role, hardware teams have a much bigger requirement of in person presence, whereas software roles are quite open to remote work.
Very flexable
I mainly work in office and often have to cater the times I am in office to my international colleagues so our work days overlap a bit more. This means my hours are not consistent day-t-day but I am never expected to work overtime. When I do, I finish a little earlier the next day so it averages out week-to-week.
I work a 9 day fortnight, for increased hours weekly we get every second Monday off. This works well for me personally but is entirely optional for employees. Outside of specific deadlines, I have found management to be flexible and willing to work if given notice. I have been able to attend appointments or change hours if the time is made up later.
