The office is a great mixture of not just multiculturalism but also gender equality - with many women holding senior roles in the office. As an office, we always champion for respectful representation of all peoples, often holding culture days where each other's cultures and heritage is presented and experienced.
Company is committed to diversity and inclusion, most opportunities are available regardless of gender, race or orientation. While the company is making active efforts, the office is noticeably male dominated especially at more senior positions.
Diversity is good at the junior level (which makes quotas look better than they should) but I think the median pay gap between male and female of 20% says enough. Quote from one higher up - "The problem with promoting women to higher positions is that they have kids and don't want to work".
