P&c are not helpful and is a poorly ran program with no planned training or rotations. Grads are expected to know how to run projects and are often charged to clients as a fully qualified resourcing. Speaking to outgoing grads they are not retained at TSA Riley
Process was performed in two phases. First phase was a group meeting with senior staff members and was a workshop style interview - where applicants were asked to brainstorm and provide insights on mock projects. Second phase was a formal individual meeting with senior staff members and was introductory style interview, where the focus was on the applicant personally and what was the goals and aspirations for them.
The acquisition process was a 4-step process; 1) Submission of Graduate Application (involving a series of interview-like questions) 2) Group Assessed Workshop 3) Psychometric Exam 4) One-on-One Interview. Stage 4: the interview, was quick, yet thorough. Within 40minutes, I was asked a range of questions that lead to interesting discussions about the industry.
Interview process and assessments were fairly standard, interviewers were friendly and fair.
