Ventia

Many people I have talked to in the company have mentioned that Ventia is a great place to progress through the ranks, and people will help support you to do that, as well as transitioning across the company into other sectors if you're not happy where you currently are. In addition, the grad team is extremely supportive in providing opportunities also and ensuring you are getting the most of the program and providing a platform to learn, grow and progress.

The amount of exposure I have gotten in this program has been immense and I'm so grateful. As a HR grad, I've received exposure to so many different teams and learnt new skills that I hadn't been taught in uni. You learn so much on the job and I've been given so many opportunities to gain exposure to events and projects. I haven't left the program yet therefore unsure promotion wise what I can achieve yet but I've learnt which parts of HR i do or don't want to work in which has helped create a career pathway.

There appears to be a strong emphasis on upward mobility within the company, with a range of opportunities for growth.
