Be Bold. Be Ventia

The culture in particular is a standout. Everyone you speak to is kind, welcoming and approachable, and willing to answer any questions you have or have a conversation with you, no matter their position within the business. The grad cohort I'm in is similar, we get along really well and are supportive of each other, and at no point does it feel like you're competing against one another to stand out. There are also regular organised and impromptu social events, which everyone buys into and are a great experience.
The workplace culture is my favourite thing about going to work. Everyone is so welcoming and open to a chat and to help you progress where you can. Very positive workspace and environment
Teamwork and collaboration is prominent, very easy to walk up to someone and ask any questions. While there are team structures and hierarchy, it doesn't feel like you are beneath anyone, everyone is heard and made to feel welcome. Outside of the workplace, graduates are very sociable and get together often for catch ups and dinner.
Office culture is good, some after hours events have been held for graduates, but I have not experienced that with my usual team. Help and guidance is freely given from colleagues. There is a clear line of hierarchy within the projects.
