I have been fortunate enough to be involved with a wide range of tasks, like tendering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor engagement, engineering drawing reviews, etc. My manager makes sure to keep me involved with work that is meaningful and engaging. Additionally, being in an Australia wide team means I also get to travel country-wide to do site visits and work with the various teams and projects in the Energy and Renewables business, which is a great opportunity.

Hr graduate, every day is different, I've been given many projects to work on during my time in the program which has given me lots of exposure to different parts of HR.

The tasks I am given are satisfying - though I've experienced many quiet periods with not much to do.
