I would say the pay is average for a graduate program of its type, they do advertise it with a number inclusive of super, so it appears larger than what it is. In terms of unusual or out of the ordinary perks, unless you're travelling for work there's nothing crazy. However the general employee benefits are pretty good, e.g. discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, novated leases, etc., as well as a number of employee support programs

I think the pay is good for a graduate entry level role. Get benefits such as fitness passport, discounts on gift cards and certain brands etc.

Pay appears to be on par with most companies when it comes to graduates. Only perks available to us come through a portal which provide a maximum of 10% off or some small value of cashback for purchases.

The salary is ok for a young university grad, but in today's economy does not allow for much financial independence or account for anyone with more age or experience coming into the role. Some clarity on the salary earlier in the application process may be helpful. There is a perks program that provides a range of discounts, but at this level of income many are not particularly affordable.

Role includes many corporate benefits and schemes that help with living expenses as well as an above average salary for graduates
