I enjoy the graduate-specific training workshops, however these don't truly contain any meaty skills that will really help you advance your career, but rather focus on surface-level soft skills. Ventia as a whole doesn't seem deeply interested in really upskilling their people, if you want to improve your skills you'll need to do it on your own time.
