Digital is going through a tough time right now but I still really enjoy working at watercare and the people are awesome.
The workplace culture is friendly, supportive, and collaborative. Although there is a clear organisational structure and hierarchy, everyone is approachable and willing to help, regardless of their role or level within the business. Teamwork is highly valued, and there are many opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across different teams and disciplines. As a graduate, I have found people to be very welcoming and willing to share their knowledge and experience. Outside of work, there are opportunities to socialise with colleagues through team events, celebrations, and other workplace activities. Overall, the culture promotes strong working relationships, open communication, and a positive work environment
