Watercare is a diverse and varied place of work. There are people from all around the work and a very good mix of genders. In my current graduate role, the retention is very high. Many bosses are kind, friendly and very helpful in pushing us forward in our careers. I have never felt once that I didn't belong somewhere and everyone is always willing to help. Watercare also holds many events that celebrate different cultures and events.
