The pay reflect the continued development that happens in the graduate program. There is a clear and transparent roadmap of pay progression with bi-annual performance reviews. There are company wide benefits available for staff, including discounts on certain retailers and private health insurance. Although, I haven't made use of many of these.
Pretty good in comparison to all grad roles in Auckland
I am happy with how much my role pays, I believe it is a very good starting rate for my type of work. With the benefits of very flexible work, opportunities for growth and connection I am very happy working here.
The base salary was really competitive compared to other grad roles in both the private and public sectors. Plus, pay increases every six months, which is great for motivation and career growth
The remuneration is regular and correlates with the work and responsibilities that are expected of the graduate. The benefits could be better.
