My day-to-day responsibilities involve reviewing and coordinating planned shutdown works related to the water network, including valve replacements, pipe renewals, and major infrastructure projects. This involves assessing operational impacts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring works can be completed safely and efficiently. I am also a point of contact for reactive water-related issues within the Central area. This requires investigating problems as they arise, assessing risks, coordinating responses, and applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner. In addition, I manage operational projects, working with internal teams and contractors to plan, coordinate, and deliver works while maintaining service levels and operational performance."
