Its pretty good. I know theres room for improvement however. We dont have enough desks in digital which means my team and I can very rarely sit together.
The work environment is great, and the facilities are well maintained. It's easy to access the resources and materials you need, especially at the Newmarket Head Office. The dress code is typically business casual, but there is some flexibility. PPE is generally only required when visiting or working at higher-risk facilities, such as treatment plants.
