It was a seamless process which was managed well on Watercares end. I applied for the role through Prospel. I then did an online interview and from their was asked to come in for a in person interview. I received my offer within 24 hours of my final interview.
The interview and assessment process was very welcoming and easy-going while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I felt comfortable throughout the process and was able to be myself, which made the experience positive and enjoyable.
